Is it safe to order online?

Of course. Noah's Garden uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. 

Are my personal details safe with Noah's Garden?

Noah's Garden practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and do not share any of our customers' information with any other parties.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UAE wide delivery is free for orders over AED250 unless otherwise noted. Bulky items and remote areas may require an additonal shipping fee. We will quote you on shipping prior to processing your order.

Standard Delivery for UAE orders under AED250 is currently a flat rate of only AED30

Delivery for GCC orders is currently a flat rate of AED90.

Does Noah's Garden deliver worldwide?

Yes, we will ship all over the world. International delivery is currently a flat rate AED150.

When will my order be sent?

UAE orders placed by 1:00PM Sunday - Thursday (For in-stock items only) will be dispatched within 2 business days.
International orders placed by 1:00PM Sunday - Thursday (For in-stock items only) will be dispatched within 3 business days and allow approximately 10-15 days for transit time.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. International delivery times may vary.
 
How can I place an order?

Online using Paypal or your Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash on Delivery. 
Please note orders paid for by PayPal will be converted to $USD.

What are the returns/exchange policy?

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.
